Course No. 564004034 – Mastering Real Estate Tax Search Tools is designed to equip real estate professionals with the skills to conduct property tax searches efficiently using leading online platforms: Remine, Realist, and Realtors Property Resource (RPR). Emphasis is placed on the ethical use of data, in accordance with the National Association of REALTORS® Code of Ethics.   • The Zoom links will be sent to you after registration and payment is received, and closer to the class date.
  • All students must have a computer with a camera and microphone capabilities.
  • Note: A $25 No-Show Fee Will Be Charged for missed classes. To avoid the No-Show Fee, you must send a written cancellation request to Info@oakparkrealtors.org by 3:00 PM the day before the class is scheduled to begin.
  • It is illegal in Illinois to operate a motor vehicle while in an ONLINE class. We will have to remove you from the ZOOM class if this occurs, and you will not receive credit for the class.
