Agents will explore practical tools to define and strengthen their brand identity, develop a consistent visual strategy, and create marketing materials that align with their business goals. Course No. 564004135 – This course fulfills the Illinois Core CE requirement for licensed real estate brokers and managing brokers. It provides critical updates to the Real Estate License Act rules and related legal provisions governing real estate practice in Illinois. Key topics include agency relationships, written brokerage agreements, compensation, disclosures, fair housing compliance, escrow and earnest money procedures, advertising rules, and disciplinary actions. The course emphasizes consumer protection, regulatory compliance, and the ethical responsibilities of licensees. It features practical scenarios and current examples of violations and enforcement to help participants remain compliant and serve clients and the public with integrity.

All classes will be conducted LIVE on ZOOM and are interactive.
The Zoom links will be sent to you after registration and payment is received, and closer to the class date.
All students must have a computer with a camera and microphone capabilities.
Note: A $25 No-Show Fee Will Be Charged for missed classes. To avoid the No-Show Fee, you must send a written cancellation request to Info@oakparkrealtors.org by 3:00 PM the day before the class is scheduled to begin.
It is illegal in Illinois to operate a motor vehicle while in an ONLINE class. We will have to remove you from the ZOOM class if this occurs, and you will not receive credit for the class.
